The work of laying PNG pipeline in Dichaun Kalan and Khaira villages of Najafgarh was inaugurated by Kailash Gehlot, Cabinet Minister in the Delhi Government. PNG connections in the houses of both the villages are expected to start within two months along with the work of laying the pipeline at a cost of about one crore rupees.
On this occasion, Gehlot said that Najafgarh should have all the facilities like water, sewer, gas line, good roads etc. From 2015 till now, 227 km of line has been laid, by 2025 the work of laying gas line in all the colonies and villages of Najafgarh will be completed. Women in the village are happy with the pipeline gas facility.
He said that in the last nine years, many colonies and villages have been connected with pipe gas lines. The target of this project is to lay PNG pipelines in 21 villages and 200 colonies of Najafgarh by March 2025.
